Kabyle Berber Bracelet
An incredible Kabyle Berber bracelet from the mountains of Algeria. This is a late 19th-century example of traditional enamel work, which has been practiced in the region for nearly 800 years. This is a particularly fine example across the board; the enamel is unusually bright and details, the silver filigree work is of exceptional craftsmanship and the Mediterranean coral is the perfect color. A truly stunning piece. It appears to have once had a safety chain, otherwise excellent condition.
