Extra Long Naga Necklace
$ 485
The people of Nagaland, in Northern India, were the last living headhunters, a group with deep and simple principles of justice and decoration. Along with the ban of headhunting in the 1960s, many of the adornments that signified the social merit of the tribespeople also stopped being made. Because of the multitude of strands, it is a 20-strand piece, but extra long, much longer than the standard collar length.
