Festooned Flower Necklace

While immediately recognized as early Native American benchwork, this particular piece is very unique. It is petite, and uses familiar elements; hand-made Navajo pearl beads, turquoise clusters, in a way that feels totally fresh. With the festooned design it has an almost European feel. It is truly lovely on, and unlike anything else.
