Spectacular Santo Domingo Earrings

Santo Domingo art is a product of ingenuity. The often mosaic styles make use of materials that are often inexpensive or discarded to create spectacular designs. These earrings are massive (but light).  They have an explosive color palette of orange spondulous shells, bright turquoise and graphic black and white shell. Modern ear hooks have been added.
